Thermocouple Wire Testing

5. The scanner is input into the computer. The device is equipped with a scanner code, which can scan the barcode on the product to be tested. Before the test, scan the barcode or QR code on the product. After the test, the scanned barcode can be associated with the test record, and the test data can be traced back through the corresponding barcode.
6. The disconnection, conduction, short circuit and line sequence misalignment tests are scanned and detected using PLC input and output. After the PLC test is completed, it will automatically determine whether it is qualified.

You can set the upper and lower resistance limits to determine whether the resistor is good.
8. Thermistor test range: 100~50000 Ω , accuracy 2%, set upper and lower limits to determine whether the on-resistance is good.
9. Electronic lock test: Driving voltage: DC12V, can output positive and negative voltage to drive the connector or disconnect, and monitor whether the contacts of the switch are conductive to judge whether it is good or bad.
10. Line insulation test: single-phase test LN, LE, EN, three-phase test L1/L2/L3/EN, L1/L2/L3/NE, N/L2/L3/E-L1, L1/N/L3/E-L2, L1/L2/N/E-L3, DC test positive-negative, positive-ground, negative-ground
Insulation resistance parameters:
Insulation voltage: DC100~1000V, arbitrarily set
Lower limit setting: 1M~1GΩ arbitrarily set
Accuracy: ±5%
The alarm insulation resistance value can be set: when the resistance value is less than the set value, it is bad
11. Line withstand voltage test: single-phase test LN, LE, EN, three-phase test L1/L2/L3/EN, L1/L2/L3/NE, N/L2/L3/E-L1, L1/N/L3/E-L2, L1/L2/N/E-L3, DC test positive-negative, positive-ground, negative-ground

Withstand voltage: AC0~5kV/DC0~6kV can be set arbitrarily
Leakage current upper limit: AC 0.1mA ~ 20mA, DC 0.01mA ~ 5mA, arbitrarily set
